The role
As an Intern, you will assist in the development of our microbiome-based solutions, gaining hands-on experience in business analysis & product management. In this role, you will support the product team in defining and prioritizing product features, conducting research, and analyzing customer feedback & issues. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business, to gain a deeper understanding of our products and services.
You will contribute to the development of innovative product solutions that improve customer outcomes and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Recently graduated or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum)
- Passion for healthcare and technology
Responsibilities
- Assist in research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
- Support the development of product roadmaps and feature prioritization
- Analyze customer feedback and UX trends to identify opportunities for product innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product requirements and design
- Assist in the development of product documentation and training materials
- Participate in product testing and quality assurance activities
