We need a B2B marketing professional with deep knowledge of the US wellness/personal care market to generate leads, solve customer pain points, and create compelling engagement strategies for our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Engagement
- Conceptualize innovative lead generation approaches (webinars, masterclasses, communication campaigns)
- Create out-of-the-box marketing campaigns that generate quality prospects
- Develop educational content and thought leadership programs
- Plan and execute virtual events and industry partnerships
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and qualify wellness brands most likely to purchase microbiome clinical validation services
- Generate leads through creative outreach, networking, and innovative engagement strategies
- Build and maintain CRM database of target prospects in wellness personal care categories
Customer-Centric Marketing
- Develop compelling value propositions that solve specific client pain points
- Create regulatory-compliant marketing claims and communication strategies to engage with more leads
- Translate complex microbiome research into accessible client messaging
- Design case studies and success stories that demonstrate clear ROI
Required Qualifications
Industry Experience
- 8+ years B2B & B2C marketing in US wellness/personal care industry with specific knowledge on new indie brands and more established consumer brands
- Proven lead generation track record with measurable results
- Deep understanding of wellness brand challenges and decision-making processes
- Experience with clean beauty and science backed consumer brands
Marketing Skills
- Strong B2B sales support and CRM management experience
- Creative campaign development and innovative engagement strategies
- Webinar/event planning and content marketing experience
- Knowledge of FTC guidelines and wellness industry compliance
Key Competencies
- Creative problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking
- Customer pain point identification and solution development
- Scientific communication and regulatory knowledge
- Established wellness industry relationships preferred
