The role
As a UX/UI Designer at HelloBiome, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface of our AI-powered microbiome platforms.
Working closely with both technical and business teams, you will design intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling interfaces that support multi-client and white-label solutions. Your work will directly influence how users interact with complex skincare-related data, transforming insights into accessible and engaging digital experiences.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design, responsive layouts, and component-based systems.
- Proficiency in Figma. Knowledge of design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, user research methodologies, and accessibility standards (a11y).
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web platforms, preferably in SaaS or health tech environments.
- Familiarity with white-label and multi-tenant design strategies, including theme customization and brand overrides.
- Ability to translate complex product requirements and research outcomes into elegant, functional designs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business development team, engineers, and researchers to define and refine product requirements.
- Design responsive, accessible, and scalable UI components and layouts for multi-client platforms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with business goals and technical constraints.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products and clients.
- Ensure seamless implementation of designs, while working closely with front-end engineers.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate HelloBiome’s UX/UI capabilities.
