Does our legal team need to review HelloBiome's CLIA/CAP status separately?
No. Our CLIA/CAP accreditation documentation is available at signing and covers the scope of what your platform is delivering. Most legal reviews are satisfied in a single review cycle. We can also provide a compliance summary doc pre-scoped for platform agreements.
Can we fully white-label — no HelloBiome branding anywhere?
Yes. The Flex and Custom platform tiers are fully white-labeled end-to-end: kit, app, report, and all patient communications. HelloBiome appears nowhere in the customer-facing experience. We can discuss specifics on the demo call.
What's the pricing model?
