The Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join HelloBiome’s marketing team on a part‑time contract basis. This role focuses on creating high‑quality, on‑brand visual assets that translate complex microbiome science into clear, professional designs for a B2B audience.
You’ll design visuals across digital, print, presentation, and web formats, and support the ongoing maintenance of our website using WordPress and Elementor. This role suits someone who can work independently once direction and context are provided and who pays close attention to brand consistency and visual quality.
This is a part‑time contract role (approximately 20 hours per week) and is fully remote, open to candidates based in Ukraine or other international locations.
You’ll work primarily with Figma and Canva for design, WordPress (Elementor) for website updates, PowerPoint or Google Slides for presentations, and HubSpot for email campaigns.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B, biotech, health, beauty, or technology
- Proficient in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
- Strong presentation design skills using PowerPoint / Google Slides / Canva
- Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals, including typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency in AI-powered design tools to streamline workflow
- Ability to maintain consistency across brand design
- Experience designing long-form content, such as white papers and case studies
- Understanding of responsive email design
- Ability to translate technical or scientific content into clear visual assets
- Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working remotely
- English proficiency – C1 Advanced
Nice to have:
- Experience working with WordPress / Elementor
- HubSpot email builder experience
- Motion graphics or animation skills
- Biotech, beauty, or life‑sciences background
Responsibilities:
- Design visual assets for social media, email campaigns, white papers, case studies, sales decks, and events
- Create and maintain reusable templates for marketing and sales materials
- Design infographics and visualizations to simplify complex microbiome science
- Build and update web pages in WordPress using Elementor
- Design presentation decks for sales, investor, conference, and internal use
- Support email and campaign design in HubSpot Marketing Hub Pro
- Prepare production‑ready assets for digital and print use
- Organize and maintain the shared design asset library
- Support quick‑turn design requests and revisions
